You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at contact@hirasoft.com with your order number.
After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No cancellations are allowed after the order has been shipped.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Defective or damaged products will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
